About the Program
The School of Engineering at the University of Connecticut International Engineering Program offers an unparalleled experience for students looking to become truly global engineers. Graduates from this program earn two degrees simultaneously: a B.S.E. in an engineering discipline and a B.A. in Chinese, French, German or Spanish. By combining the power of a strong engineering program, immersion in a foreign language and culture and a year abroad, the five-year program graduates students prepared for rewarding careers in a diverse array of fields around the world.
The International Engineering Programs provides current students with resources to learn beyond the classroom. Immersion in a foreign country offers a chance for students to gain exciting and new knowledge, resulting in a life-changing experience. The School of Engineering is also home to various number of international students who wish to promote cross-cultural interactions among students of all nationalities and background.

There are many possibilities for a stronger partnership with the University of Toulouse. We are excited to start receiving the first class of students in fall 2018. Our first Technopole students should be going to France by the fall 2019.
